On the eve of its 30th anniversary, Commercial League – Global Pharmacy Center was distinguished as Investor of the Year in the Special Purpose Buildings cathegory at the annual M2 Construction Awards. The accolade is based on completed square meters of floor space in 2020 and identifies Commercial League as the most active investor in Bulgaria. The companies include in the annual ranking “300 Business Leaders in Bulgaria” are selected according to the criteria “Earnings Before Interest, Tax, Depreciation and Amortization” (EBITDA) calculated on the basis of the individual financial statement of a certain company for 2020. The ranking includes only companies that have published officially their financial statements for 2020 before 30.09.2021, in the Trade Registry or in other official sources. Against the backdrop of the ongoing severe pandemic and economic crisis, Commercial League – Global Pharma Center improves last year's result by an impressive 91.28% and marks EBITDA of BGN 34,789,000 for 2020....

The Ministry of Economy will provide the Municipality of Burgas with funds for the construction of a new 500 m long street in the North Industrial Zone. This is a result of the governmental decision to approve the financing of public municipal infrastructure under the Investment Promotion Act (IPA). The infrastructure is being constructed in connection with the implementation of the investment project "Construction of the Heart and Brain Center of Clinical Excellence" certified under the IPA. Earlier this year, Commercial League - Global Pharma Center, was granted the class “A” investments certificate for the construction of the new state-of-the-art hospital in Burgas. The development and realization of the project is awarded to the Architectural and Construction Bureau Helvetia. The project was praised personally by the Vice-minister of Economics at the special ceremony. The construction of the new street will significantly improve the transport service of the area as it will provide a direct entrance/exit from and to the main road I-6 Sofia-Burgas. This will stimulate future investment in this area, while easing the traffic entering through the city's entrance roundabout, which is the main connection of transit traffic to the South Black Sea coast and the Turkish border. The construction of the infrastructure will increase the quality of transport communications, improve transport services, and lead to favourable conditions for business development. The newly constructed infrastructure will be owned by the Municipality of Burgas....

Commercial League Global Pharma Center was granted a class “A” investment certificate by the InvestBulgaria Agency – directly reporting to the Bulgarian Ministry of Economics. The project envisages the expansion of the existing Heart and Brain Center of Excellence in Pleven by building a new hospital wing for oncological diseases. The capacity of the already existing clinics and departments will be additionally increased while preserving the current structure. Furthermore, the investor plans to build a student campus offering excellent conditions for study and accommodation for students at the Medical University of Pleven who are specializing at the Heart and Brain Hospital. A state-of-the-art rehabilitation and care center as well as a small hotel for relatives and patients will be constructed. The implementation of the investment project, while creating new jobs, will also have a strong focus on scientific research in the field of human medicine. R&D remains a longstanding priority for Commercial League – covering a wide range of therapeutic areas, including oncology, studies of human genome, as well as clinical trials....
