Takvor Boghossian – Executive Director
An experienced professional in the pharmaceutical business with more than 25 years of expertise in leading and managing various projects. He is at the forefront of the successful development of the company and is shaping the future strategy and target formulations. Takvor has completed a Master’s degree in Health Care Management at the Medical University of Sofia, an MBA at the New Bulgarian University Sofia as well as at the Melkonian Educational Institute in Nicosia. He has accomplished numerous senior management qualifications and expertise upgrades, and accumulated vast experience in projects with the leading European and US institutions and corporations in Switzerland, France, the USA, Austria, Germany, Saudi Arabia, etc.
Liliya Simeonova – Member of the MB
Liliya has been the Head of Financial Control at Commercial League since 2008 and previously led the company’s Logistics and Customs Clearance from 1997 to 2008. From 2012 to 2021, she was a Board Member at Madara Specialized Cardiology Hospital. Since 2019, to date, she has served as a Board Member at Commercial League Group.
She holds a Master’s degree in International Economic Relations from the University of National and World Economy in Sofia and a Securities Broker License. Liliya combines her expertise in financial control, logistics, and governance to support strategic operations across multiple sectors. She is fluent in Bulgarian and English.
