Tihomir T. Kamenov – Executive Director
Tihomir Kamenov holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law and a Master’s degree in Law and Economics from the University of St. Gallen (HSG). He further broadened his academic perspective as a Visiting Scholar at Harvard University. His expertise lies at the intersection of corporate law and corporate strategy, with a particular focus on cross-border structures and complex business environments.
Beyond his academic career, Tihomir has gained experience across leading legal and financial institutions, including renowned Swiss law firms, a Big Four accounting firm, and a reinsurance company.
Since 2025, he has been part of Commercial League, where he initially joined as an internal legal consultant focused on optimizing legal structures and operational processes. In March 2026, he was appointed Chief Executive Officer.
Liliya Simeonova – Member of the MB
Liliya has been the Head of Financial Control at Commercial League since 2008 and previously led the company’s Logistics and Customs Clearance from 1997 to 2008. From 2012 to 2021, she was a Board Member at Madara Specialized Cardiology Hospital. Since 2019, to date, she has served as a Board Member at Commercial League Group.
She holds a Master’s degree in International Economic Relations from the University of National and World Economy in Sofia and a Securities Broker License. Liliya combines her expertise in financial control, logistics, and governance to support strategic operations across multiple sectors. She is fluent in Bulgarian and English.
